01 · Who

An educator who lives between cultures

Started out in Mumbai, educated at McGill (Labour & Industrial Relations) and the University of Reading (MSc International Relations & Economic Development, First Class Distinction), and teaching in Zürich at Klubschule Migros since 2008.

I began in advertising and marketing, so I know communication as something that has to work — not just be correct.

02 · What

Communication as a whole skill

  • Business English & exam prep — Cambridge FCE, CAE, BEC, Linguaskill
  • Voice, presence & storytelling for boardrooms, stages and cameras
  • Cultural intelligence, including the Indian Business Code — taught both ways
  • Study-abroad, industry and pageant programmes: aviation, hospitality, healthcare, banking
03 · Why

Language is rarely the real problem

Most people already have the words. What they lack is the presence, the cultural read and the confidence to make those words land somewhere unfamiliar.

Technical skills get you hired. The human skills get you promoted, trusted and remembered — and no machine will replace them.

04 · How

Through the IMPACT Framework

Every programme — corporate cohort, university group or private client — follows six stages:

IIdentity
MMindset
PPresence
AAdaptability
CCultural IQ
TTransformation

Practice that changes behaviour, not just knowledge. Trusted by teams at TATA, Siemens, UBS, Hotelplan and Balgrist Hospital.
